Taryn Stine

Taryn has a passion for doing ministry with her husband (Taryn’s gifts compliment Pastor David’s very well, as she helps strategize the implementation of the vision). Taryn also loves helping women connect with each other and discover their full God-potential.

Taryn loves working at DC Metro with her husband and closest friends because she enjoys doing purposeful work that impacts people’s lives for the Kingdom. She enjoys all of her roles at DC Metro including: leading and strategizing with David, casting vision for and speaking at DC Sisterhood, and overseeing accounting because she sees them not as jobs, but as her calling. However, her favorite calling is as David’s wife and as a mother to her three active and adventurous boys (Isaac, Josiah, and Asher).

Interesting Fact: Taryn postponed taking speech classes in college until her last semester at LSU because she dreaded speaking in public. Now Taryn preaches dynamic, life-giving messages every month at DC Sisterhood, which is a constant reminder of God’s ability to make our places of weakness into a strength as we surrender to Him.
